iTunes not remembering windows size

iTunes is not remembering my window size or position. Every time I close iTunes and reopen it, it reverts to a much smaller size. It is also not remembering to open with my sidebar as well. This is happening on my iMac, but not my Mini. Strangely, it is also happening on one of my Windows 10 machines as well. I found one post online that said to Option Click the green button to expand the window, resize then close, but that doesn't work. Any suggestions?
