iTunes not seeing my iPhone on my PC

iTunes 10.1.2.17 (just updated) does not see my iPhone 4. I've restarted both, disconnected/reconnected the phone. no luck. It did yesterday.

Thoughts?

I posted this in the trouble shooting section as well, reposting here after I noticed the "# viewing" of each.
