iTunes Not Showing Ringtone Bell

Myself and two other friends have noticed that in the "Ringtone" (Bell) column none of our songs are showing with a bell. Has anyone else noticed this?

I notice this as well. I even have the ringtone bell column active, it's just none of my iTunes purchased songs show as having a ringtone available, the column is always empty. There used to be at least half of my songs available as ringtones.
