iTunes Not Working on iPhone?

I can't seem to access iTunes anymore on my iPhone unless I am connected to WiFi. If I try to do it over the 3G, it tells me it can not connect and I should connect to WiFi to use iTunes.

LOL, I guess the only time I've used it was when WiFi was available and didn't realize it. Thats too bad, wonder why that is.
