iTunes not working

I cannot access my account, or download anything my my mac. It works with my iPhone 2.0 3g and my Apple TV.

Anyone know whats up?
 
I also just signed out of my account and can't sign back in. I get no error message....nothing...just seems to ignore what I am trying to do
