I have a new iPhone 11 which is empty, and I want to put the iTunes Music from my old Windows Laptop on my new phone. Actually this should be an easy task, but its not working.
Both iTunes and my iPhone is to the newest update, and I can in iTunes synchronize my Podcasts, but not my 2800 songs. When I click in the settings on Synchronize, there show up 4 tasks very quickly, saying something like "Preparing for synchronizing" and ater 2 seconds it stopps and nothing goes on. I restarted both devices, reauthorized iTunes on my laptop, I tried different USB cables...
What can this be? In the settings I activated "Automatic synchronizing when iPhone connected"
