iTunes on External Drive. Have a quick question.

So I've had my iTunes music files on my External drive, but I still have the iTunes folder on my internal where it keeps the usual, iTunes Library files..etc.

Anyways, I was just wondering. I want to change the external drives name. Right now it's "MYBOOK" on my desktop. I'd like to change it to "Media".

Just wondering if itunes itself will see the change or if I'll have to change it manually?
