the itunes icon on my ipod touch doesn't work properly when i click on one of the featured items it doesn't show any info the info window is blank
and when i click on the top tens icon it says your request cannot be completed and crashes back to the home screen
i tried restoring and reseting the ipod i also erased all the contents
is there anything else to do
