iTunes on pc doesnt see itunes folder in external hard drive?

My itunes is on my external hard drive.

I open itunes on my laptop and it cant see anything.

Under Edit/preference/advanced/itunes music loaction I have F:\newitunes

Which is where evrything is....

So why cant I see it all via itunes on the pc?
