(Sorry for the misspell in the title)
Hello,

I am new to the iPhone , but have owned an iPod touch for some time now.

I bought my phone last Saturday, and am enjoying it for the most part.
A few things that are bugging me:

1. When purchasing songs on the phone with iTunes, it starts the download, then immediatly drops me back to the home screen (i.e. crashes) I've done 3 now, and all the same thing. This never happend on the ipod touch.
In fact if I look in the "crash reporter" it shows the times that this happened.

2. When in visual voice mail , lets say the phone moves slightly as I make a selection, the screen will go blank for a second, then come right back. Has happened a few times so far.

3. When I pluge it in to the wall charger, it will vibrate and the screen will go black....normal??

I have the 2.2 software version on my phone, I didn't play with 2.1 at all, just upgraded the day I bought the phone. I have tried the whole "Hold down the home button and power button for 20 sec" thing. That seemed to help speed the device up a bit, but iTunes still crashes when purchasing a song.

I wouldn't exactly want the hassle of having a defective device after 30 days of purchase...should I bring it to an Apple store?

Thanks.
