Hi all,

I currently have my iTunes installed on my portable which streams my music via several Airport Express devices in different rooms.

But because I don't want to leave my laptop on all the time and stream music, I'm looking for a solution.

I want to have a home server that is connected to all my Airport Express devices and plays all my iTunes music. Basically my entire iTunes should move from my portable to my home server. But I also want to have a local copy of my iTunes library on my portable that syncs constantly with my home server. Meaning if I add a new CD to my portable, it should sync directly to my home server once it's connected so it's available through my Airtunes. It should also sync my ratings, changes to album titles etc. and album artwork. It's really important that Airtunes still works on the home server and that I'm able to use my iPhone as a remote to navigate through my music.

Has anyone done this before or does anyone know an easy way to do this?
