I've searched everywhere for an answer to this, without luck.

The set up is we have an iMac, which has one log on. However, myself and my partner have an iTunes account each. Both have worked fine for years, but recently my partners account will not download queued items. My account is still OK and purchases download immediately.

We have contacted iTunes help, but they haven't been able to fix the problem.

My partner has 25 items to download in her queue, when you click the download button, she gets the following error "iTunes store temporarily unavailable"

Now, this cannot be down to the iMac or network otherwise my account would have the same problem.

Thanks for any assistance.
