iTunes organizer problems

I have an iPhone 4 jailbroken 4.1 with limera1n. For some reason whenever i plug my iPhone into my computer, the iTunes organizer does not show the apps in the correct order. To make matters worse, whenever i organize my apps using iTunes, they don't stick.

Anyone else experiencing issues like this? Could an app be messing with the process?

What packages do you have installed that alter icon layouts on the springboard or dock?

That's the funny thing. I don't have one that alters it directly. The closest thing i have could be SBRotator or PkgBackup

Is IconSupport installed? If it is, something you have needs to disable iTunes ability to alter the springboard layout.

Yep. It was SBRotator. I uninstalled it to see if that helps anything.

Not to steal the thread but does SBRotator work with FolderEnhancer?

Nope it doesn't. And uninstalling fixed the problem.
