Hello everyone. I found out recently just how much Apple emphasizes on personal security and “customer support “... I had a situation regarding an in-app purchase that turned out to be no more than a misunderstanding. It wasn’t until only after my purchase was refunded was I made aware of Apple’s intention to permanently BAN me from using PayPal as my preferred ITunes payment method. Even after a heated conversation with two advisors, nothing was accomplished in my case, and my PayPal was never reinstated. I made similar post addressing the same issue on the Apple Community page on hopes of gaining some clarity, and they removed it regarding it as a “poll or petition “. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue or if anyone could explain to me why Apple thought that taking such action on my payment method without my consent was a logical approach. I’d very much like to hear other people’s thoughts on the matter.
