I posted this on Mac Basics b4 but I didnt get an answer and ik that this section gets more veiws and I would like to have answer

Ok so I am a new mac user and I'm having trouble with iPhoto when I first started using it I can't remember but i think i put all my pictures in it so now I have this: http://i1203.photobucket.com/albums/...4at31323PM.png
Can someone tell me how to delete that album thing under recent? or at least change the name of it...
And when I plug my iPhone 4s into iTunes to put my pictures on it one album only uploads 99 pictures (btw I still have 7gb left of space on my iPhone) when there is 201 total pictures in that album...

In iTunes in the photos tab when my iPhone is plugged in I have Syn photos from iPhoto checked and I have All photos, albums, events, and faces checked
Ive tried to check all of them manually but it still doesnt work!
