iTunes Playback Choppy Mac Mini 2018

i just fires up my new Mac Mini 2018 and iTunes playback does not work. Same tv, same hdmi cable as the 2012 it replaced that did not ha e the issue.

Playback stutters and goes black. Unwatchable. Please advise. Thanjs
