Hi ;)

I opened another thread in the MacBook Air forum because I figured it must be something MacBook Air specific. Turns out, it's not.
I'm trying to playback some 720p content with my Rev A MacBook (1.8 Ghz, no ssd).
What I found out:
iTunes playback: stutter, cpu temps above 80 degress cel., cpu% 80 - 1XX
Quicktime: no stutter what so ever, cpu temps slightly over 70, cpu% 40-50

And there is my problem. This high temps cause the playback to stutter.

Does somebody have an idea, on how to fix this?

Thank u!

Is this QuickTime X (from Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard?)
Or QuickTime Seven (From Mac OS 10.3+)
