This is probably in wrong Forum, but
I have a playlist on my iPhone with 34 songs. That same playlist shows 34 songs in iTunes playlists. But, only 31 in in the same playlist under On My Device in iTunes.
Other playlists seem to match up. This playlist is My Favorites that I continually add individual songs to on iPhone. The other playlists are whole albums created on iPhone.
When I back up in iTunes it first says "syncing my iPhone" then backs up. But, the playlist under my device in iTunes still doesn't sync.
I am not experienced with iTunes and usually just muddle thru it. But, I think the playlist from the iPhone should sync with it's twin in iTunes, under MY Device playlists.
Below are my options with Automatically sync---- greyed out. Is that the issue. In the past I have experimented with syncing issues and messed things up. Would like to get it right this time, the first time.
