Hi Everyone,

My iTunes is a mess, I have missing album / artist info and garbled names from importing across computers over the past few years. I saw a new application that hit for windows a month or two back that updates all your ID3 data to the correct information, fills in artist info, album info, missing artwork etc. This software should be coming to Mac OS in August or so.. I thought I bookmarked the app, but like an idiot I never did and can't find it in my history. I can't remember the name of the app either :( I spent about two hours searching various search engines / blogs including using tons of google advanced modifiers to find it and have had no luck! I'm hoping someone else saw this recently and could remind me of the app's name / link. I don't think it was open source, but I've tried a few of these existing open source apps and they suck or don't work with Leopard (iEatBrainz, FixmyTunes, etc.) compared to what I saw. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Thanks,

Ben

I recently saw an add here on macrumors for tuneup. I downloaded the trial an bought the full version 2 hours later. It really is sweet.

I have a 98gb library and about 20% was missing art, titles, track numbers, etc. After two days, I have fixed it all!

Yep, just tried the TuneUp demo, this is definitely worth the bucks, only app I've seen that does it all, and nicely too :)
