iTunes plugin to record streams?

I'm not sure whether this is legal or not so it may fall outside the rules but all I want to do is to leave Internet Radio streams recording for later use. Ideally what I want is:

A little iTunes plugin which allows me to select from a pull-down menu the list of streaming broadcasts I have, then asks me how long I want to record for. Then it'd whirr away recording the stream for as long as asked for. It would them label that with the station name, date and time and have it ready for me to sync up to the iPod next time.

Is there such a thing?

Not through iTunes, I don't think.

But as long as you had permission & it was legal, you could use Wire Tap Pro to record the streams and then convert them to MP3.
