I have been observing a weird behaviour regarding iTunes Plus upgrades.
By the way, I have been buying music from the UK iTunes Store since 2005, and over the past weeks, I have been observing the followings:
1) I browsed and checked that "Song A" does not have iTunes Plus format available in the UK store.
2) Purchased DRM-protected, 128 kbps "Song A" at £0.79.
3) Five minutes, later "Song A" appears in "Upgrade to iTunes Plus" and that would cost me another £0.20 to upgrade to DRM-free, 256 kbps version.
4) This has happened to many times over. Can anyone help explain what's going on?
Thanks!
