Itunes Podcast Directory not working

Hi ,

I wonder if anyone can give me some advice.

I am running OS X 10.4.2

With Itunes v4.9(17)

When I open Itunes and go to podcasts the Podcast Directory button and the Report a Concern button are there but not h9ighlighted so I cannot click them.

Any ideas on how I can get the Podcast Directory button to work.
