So I use Windows 7 and iTunes.
Since the last 2 iTunes updates that had podcast enhancements (I don't use or want to see podcasts) iTunes keeps unhiding Podcasts in my side library view.
I will go into preferences, deselect it in the general options area...and hit okay. I will not be visible...for a while (5 minutes, sometimes longer/short)...then..
Next thing I know Podcasts will come back display again in my sideview.
Frustrating...any suggestions? Never had this issue before.
