iTunes Preferences

I searched the forums and I couldn't find the answer to this.

Where does iTunes store it's preference settings? I don't mean the iPhone or iPad data, but rather the preferences for the iTunes program itself?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm going to transfer my iTunes folder to a new PC, but I also want to transfer the program's settings as well.
