Itunes - Problem syncing Ringtones

I want to sync edited 40 seconds Kesha Tik Tok (converted to AAC) to my Iphone using Itunes but the error shows.

FYI: I renamed the file to .m4a and tried .m4r as well.

The error message is The Itunes cannot sync ringtones to the Iphone because the folder 'New Folder' cannot be found.
