itunes problem

everytime i add music to itunes. the album or songs don't go into the itunes media folder.
it stays outside of it, where the other folders like mobile applications and ringtones and others are. i added some screen shots.

i tried everything to make it work, and nothing seems to work.

I'll post some pics of where iTunes hides the organization commands. After you have iTunes set to organize your stuff you can consolidate your media into the iTunes folder automatically.
