I was charged $33.66 three times by iTunes a couple of days ago. I only purchased one playlist for $9.99 plus tax. I have reedemed several Pepsi bottle caps for free songs as well. But in all I have only downloaded about 5 songs and the playlist I paid for. Is there something I do not understand or is Apple charging me when they shouldn't be.
Also, there is not a number to call anymore for iTunes support only the stupid web page email. Does anyone have a number for Apple support or iTunes support that will actually connect me with a person and not a message telling me to go the website and email them?
