I was fed up with having a library that showed several instances of the same song on my machine, and there were too many of them to delete manually, so I deleted the library (not the actual files), then added my iTunes music location (as set in preferences) to the library again, and viola, all songs are back, but not the doubles, which is what I wanted, much better, however, NON of my Purchased music now shows under the 'purchased' tag, although the songs are there and in the library and they play. How do I get iTunes to recognise which songs are Purchased, and add them to that list, so that it is easier to back up, considering that I also have quite a lot of purchased content.
