iTunes Problem

Hi guys, i have encountered a problem with iTunes and i was wondering if anyone could help. If you look at the screenshot, the fonts are all screwed up. I presume that iTunes is finding it hard to locate the right font. I was playing around with a few last night like Lucida Grande and i think this is what has caused it but I'm not sure. The most annoying thing is that i am at uni and my Leopard install disks are back at home so i cannot get it right until i go home next but was wondering if anyone could confirm what is wrong??

The settings is for another language (arabic, chinese, ...), no?

I've not changed the language from English and i don't know how you can do it for just iTunes, everything else is fine.
