I was in a hurry to do a fresh install and done something stupid along the way. My iTunes music is located on an external drive, my iTunes files (XML, Library) etc are in my C drive in music.

I backed up and copied the itunes folder back into the music folder (one with the library and xml files) assuming it would be able to locate all the music on the external drive.

After the fresh install my drive letters have changed and the external drive has a new letter. I cant remember what the old one was and itunes get info on song doesnt show the locations either.

So bottom line is i have 6000 songs which itunes cannot locate :(
Is there a way i can point itunes back to my files on the external drive quickly
