iTunes Producer Error - root file reference issue... WTF?

Hey all-

This has been racking my brain for days now, and there has been no mention of it elsewhere online -- I've looked, believe me. I've worked through many errors on a fixed-width ePub I've put together and now iTunes Producer is giving me this message:

ERROR ITMS-9000: "META-INF/container.xml in sample-photo-book-portrait.epub must contain one and only one root file reference." at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)

My container.xml seems fine. This is its contents here:

<container version="1.0" xmlns="urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:container">
  <rootfiles>
    <rootfile full-path="OEBPS/content.opf" 
		media-type="application/oebps-package+xml" />
  </rootfiles>
</container>

Anyone with ideas, clues, hints, free candy? Something?

This is probably a very simple fix. Anyone experience this?

Error ITMS-9000 "File given does not match type: PNG Image" at Book (MZItmsp BookPackage)
