iTunes "Purchased" tab w/ "Not on my iPhone"

Is anyone else having trouble accessing this feature and getting it to work properly on their iPhone? When i click "Recently purchased (250)" under the "Not on my iPhone" it gives me 250 songs that I'm almost 100% positive were from my early days of buying music on iTunes in ~2004, and yet more recent stuff is definitely not on my iPhone (including things I bought in the last week).

Anyone else?

I just looked.

I also have 250 "recent" songs, most of which aren't really recent. But, if I sort by "most recent" the songs I bought yesterday are at the top.
