How do I make it so that the apps I purchase get charged onto my monthly bill and not a separate credit card?

If my friend has apps on his phone, any way I can sync up my phone with his itunes and take his apps? Get it?

On your monthly phone bill, don't think that's possible. Different companies.

If you guys share the same iTunes login, you buy an app once and it goes on both devices.
