I am in the process of ripping all my DVD's to my hard drive using Handbrake H.264. The question I have is is there a way to import the movie files into iTunes library without having to move them there? The reason why is because I am just starting this now, and I do not have enough space on my Time Machine HD to backup movies to it also but I would like to keep backing up my music. Basically is it possible to have 2 iTunes Libraries because I will want to be able to view my files in Front Row and stuff.

Thank you.

You've got several options:

You can choose that in the general preferences. But that will affect movies AND music.

You can exclude the movies folder inside the iTunes music folder from your TM backup. Very easy. Safes space and works great.
