Itunes quit unexpectedly

every time I try to preview a song in the itunes store, my itunes crashes and gives me this message below. I just upgraded to snow leopard recently and this has been happening ever since. I have tried reinstalling snow leopard, deleting caches, deleting plugins, reinstalling itunes and none of this has worked. any input would be much appreciated
