Is it possible to add stations to the iTunes radio list? I would like to add BBC World Service if I can. Alternatively, if there is another way of listening to this through AirTunes please share it with me.

Thanks!

Unfortunately all the BBC's media is either in RealPlayer or Windows Media Format UNTIL they move the dirac codec they are currently developing. Im not sure if this is true for audio streams though.

You can use Nicecast to capture RealPlayer's audio and redirect it as a local MP3 stream, then use iTunes to listen to the local stream at http://127.0.0.1:8000 and broadcast it to Airport Express.
