Besides all the Noise around Beats1 I can see on my iOS 8.4 Beta a lot of Genres besides Beats1. I live in Germany and as you know iTunes Radio never made it's way outside the US and Australia.. until now? Are we receiving the WWDC '13 iTunes Radio together with Beats1 in over 100 Countries in the world?
I haven't seen a definitive list of countries, but it's certainly available in many more than the old Radio service. It has a section on Apple's German site so it'll likely be available in Germany.
There are some mentions of European countries in this thread, although nobody's mentioned Germany yet.
