iTunes Radio "Play more like this" disabled

I have no idea why but when I click the star on the artist, the categories for "Play More Like This" and "Never Play This Song" are greyed out and disabled. I even tried restoring fresh to iOS 7 and the issue is still there. I am signed into iTunes with my password and everything so what gives???

If your playing a curated/featured station, those options may be disabled.
