I experienced this phenomenon for the first time a few weeks ago after having upgraded to the latest build of leopard and itunes(8.2?). I would be working away and iTunes would suddenly Launch. Since I had just installed it, I got the TOS dialog and I pressed cancel to disregard it.
After having used itunes for a few days, I realized something else about the situation. If itunes is not running, it will launch itunes and go to itunes store straight away, and if it is already running, it will bring itunes in front and disrupt anything else I am doing, and connect to itunes store. I have no idea why it's doing that. Please help.
