I have 23.61gb of music syncing to my iPhone, however when my iPhone is plugged in, the Capacity bar says Audio - 24.68gb. When I click the drop-down menu under my iphone, it says I have 23.61gb, so why is it saying 24.68gb? (No podcasts or voice memos are on my iPhone)

It MAY be due to album art, but I'm not sure.

if you have mac go to music and then itunes, then itunes music, right click, get info and see the size, should be the same

it could also be voice notes syncing

I don't sync every song in my iTunes, only 1 playlist. That one playlist is 23.61gb.

Mine is .5gb larger on my iPhone. And I have a total of 15gb so that sounds inline with what you have.
