Hey, guys,
I recently moved and had to set up a new WLAN (using powerline adapters and a second router as an AP). Since then, I've noticed that I can only access iTunes on my Mac via my iPhone and iPad Remote apps temporarily--after some time, it no longer finds my Mac. It's a little strange, since it means that it can work, but something must be disabling after some time. I normally have to disconnect and reconnect my Mac from Wi-Fi for the apps to find my Mac again. Same thing happens with other remote apps, such as Plex or Alfred.
Can anyone think of anything I could try to fix this? Maybe something in the router? My main router is a D-Link DIR-868L and the AP is an Asus RT-N56U. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!
