iTunes remove from library ALL files that are NOT in "iTunes Media Folder Location" ?

hi, I maintain my files in "iTunes Media Folder Location" so organizated, so I I add songs from the desktop or wharever other folder that are not my itunes folder location, I get a lot "dirty" files that I dont want, I need remove them...

any tool or way to remove the files that are not in the "iTunes Media Folder Location" ???

by the way I want remove them, not delete.
