I noticed itunes will delete songs from a playlist after a few days/ syncs. I noticed this happens only with recently added songs. Anyone else get this.

Are you changing the songs in any way? I convert some tracks every now and then. This creates a new track so I delete the original, which is the track associated with the playlist. I then have to go back and re-add the song to the playlist. Are they Smart Playlists? :)

D'oh

I do compress them after. So theres my problem. Just forget to re add to play list after I convert. Sorry for the bother.

Haha, no worries mate. By the way, if you don't do this already, make sure you compress them using the same format they came in. In other words, don't compress an MP3 to an AAC or whatever because the quality will drop further than it has to as a result of different compression techniques. :)

Thanks good to know.
