iTunes "Restore from Backup" only has 1 choice even though "Devices" Tab lists many

Good morning everyone,

I tried to restore my iphone from a backup by right-clicking on my phone in itunes and doing it from there just to restore settings only to see that I had only one option and that was from my most recent backup. However, when I go into iTunes > Preferences > Devices Tab, it lists 5 other backups dating back to March. Does anyone know why when I right click to restore from backup my phone doesn't recognize these backups to restore to but in the devices tab is clearly shows I've backed it up?
