itunes restore

My PC recently died and i lost all my itunes back ups

is there any program i can use to get everything from my iPhone
on to my new PC?
Im afraid to plug into iTunes incase it wipes it

Just use your iTunes account for the `new` iTunes. Then connect your iPhone and do a backup. If there is a problem, because it's like synching on another computer, you'll be ask if you want to restore your iPhone or not. So just try it out...
