iTunes: Ringtone = FAIL.

Hia peeps, today i tried the "Create Ringtone" in the itunes, after the first time, i learnt I had to use something off the store. I went off and got a few songs, but now when I try and do it, i get this: *look at attachments* Can someone please explain why its not working? I have the internet on, I can get to the store, i can download etc etc. Everything works, but that "Create Ringtone".

Have you got a mac? If so then use Garage Band to create songs. Have a look on Youtube for tutorials.

Just do what it says in Post #6 of this thread. Making free ringtones with only iTunes is all over the web. It's easy.
