iTunes says my iPhone is synced to another library

I installed windows 7 and now when i connect my iphone to itunes, it says its synced to another library and i'll have to erase...i dont understand why.

its obviously not recognizing anything since i installed windows 7, but how can i get this to work w/o erasing all my songs and re adding them?
