Itunes says to Restore.....

Hello Everyone
This is my first post here.
I have an Iphone 4 i'm using Cydia but i'm not sure what they used to jailbreak the phone. Now for the story:

I had my phone jailbroken awhile ago and it was doing fine then I had a problem with Dreamboard so I removed it by using Iexplorer. Every since that my Iphone 4 will not connect to iTunes. It is recognized but it gives me a warning error (SEE BELOW). Now I don't know what todo. Does anyone have any ideas?
I have removed I tunes and reinstalled it. Still no luck
