iTunes Season Passes, RANT

Why are iTunes season passes so crappy when it comes to getting the available episode? I have 4 passes and they are always late in letting me get the available episode. Its pure torture seeing it sit in the itunes store but not credited to my account for download.

Am I the only one having this problem?

I never have issues. On my AppleTV, they are available for me the day after broadcast....in fact, they are ready to play when I turn on the ATV (old ATV of course) the next day...no download necessary.

Can't comment on the iTunes library on my computer...I'd assume they would be there too.

I have it set to automatically download and it won't even do that. They have once never auto downloaded. So I have to resort to check for available download function in iTunes and they aren't there. Sometimes I get them way later that day (they used to be available around 3-4ish am) and even sometimes 2 days after the broadcast.
