I want to share my iTunes TV programs with a girlfriend in Canada. How do I do that? Also, I am on a Mac and she is on a PC.

You could set up a LAN across the internet and then just share the library.

I know of a program called Hamachi that works wonders for this kind of thing. It also does just about well enough for online gaming.
